By downloading, installing, or using Linkble, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

1. About Linkble

Linkble is a mobile application that connects people through local activities and events. Our Service provides:

A platform to create and discover local events and activities
Map-based event discovery within your area
Event group chats for coordination between participants
Direct messaging between users
User profiles with interests and activity history
Join request and approval system for events

2. Account Registration

To use Linkble, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information (name, email or phone number, date of birth)
Upload a genuine profile photo of yourself
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Not create multiple accounts or accounts for others without permission

You may update your username once every 30 days. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior.

3. Age Requirements

You must be at least 16 years old to use Linkble.

By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age. Users between 16-18 years old should have parental or guardian awareness of their use of the Service.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Create events for illegal activities or purposes
Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
Post false, misleading, or deceptive event information
Share inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content
Impersonate other individuals or misrepresent your identity
Use the Service for commercial solicitation without authorization
Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data
Circumvent security features or exploit vulnerabilities
Use automated systems or bots to interact with the Service
Create events with the intent to scam, defraud, or harm others
Discriminate against users based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics

5. Event Creation and Participation

As an Event Host

You are responsible for providing accurate event information (location, time, description)
You may set your event as public (auto-accept) or private (manual approval required)
You may remove participants from your event at any time
You must cancel events at least 24 hours before the start time if you cannot host
You are responsible for the safety and conduct of your event to a reasonable extent

As an Event Participant

You may join only one event at a time
For public events, you may leave up to 1 hour before the event starts
For private events, you may leave up to 24 hours before the event starts
You agree to respect the host's decisions regarding event management
You are responsible for your own safety when attending events

6. Messaging and Communication

Linkble provides messaging features for event coordination and user communication:

Event group chats are available to accepted participants only
Hosts may delete messages and remove participants from event chats
Direct messages between users are private but subject to our community guidelines
Message history in event chats is archived 24 hours after the event ends
You may block users to prevent them from messaging you or seeing your events

All messages are subject to our community guidelines. We may review reported messages to maintain platform safety.

7. Safety and Reporting

Your safety is important to us. We recommend:

Meeting in public places, especially for first-time meetups
Informing friends or family of your event plans
Trusting your instincts - leave any situation that feels unsafe
Reporting suspicious behavior or events immediately

You can report users or events that violate our terms. We review all reports and may take action including:

Removing inappropriate content or events
Issuing warnings to users
Temporarily or permanently suspending accounts

8. Location Services

Linkble requires access to your location to function properly. By using the Service, you consent to:

Sharing your location to discover nearby events
Your event locations being visible to users within the search radius
Location data being processed as described in our Privacy Policy

You can adjust your search radius in the app settings. Your precise real-time location is never shared with other users.

9. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Linkble and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you create (event descriptions, messages, profile information), but grant us a license to use, display, and process this content to provide our services.

10. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

The Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times
Events created by users will occur as described
Other users will behave appropriately or as represented
The Service will meet your specific requirements

Important: Linkble is a platform that facilitates connections between users. We do not organize, control, or supervise events. We are not responsible for the actions, behavior, or conduct of any user, whether online or offline.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linkble shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

Your use or inability to use the Service
Any events you attend or host through the platform
The conduct of other users, whether online or offline
Unauthorized access to your account or data
Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the Service

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is less.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Linkble and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
Events you create or attend through the platform

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
