Child Safety Standards

1. Our Commitment

Linkble is committed to the safety and protection of all users, especially minors. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. Any content or behavior that exploits or endangers children will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the appropriate authorities.

2. Age Requirements

Linkble is designed for users aged 16 years and older. During registration, users are required to provide their date of birth. Accounts that do not meet the minimum age requirement cannot be created.

3. Prevention Measures

We implement the following measures to prevent CSAE on our platform:

Age verification: Date of birth is required at registration and verified against the minimum age requirement of 16 years
Content moderation: User-generated content is subject to review and moderation
In-app reporting: Users can report any inappropriate content or behavior directly within the app
User blocking: Users can block other users to prevent any further interaction
Event moderation: Event hosts can remove participants from their events
Account suspension: Accounts that violate our policies are suspended or permanently banned

4. Reporting and Response

If you encounter any content or behavior that exploits or endangers children:

In-app: Use the Report feature available on user profiles and event pages to immediately flag concerning content

We review all reports promptly. When child safety concerns are identified, we take the following actions:

Immediate removal of the offending content
Immediate suspension of the offending account
Preservation of relevant data for law enforcement purposes
Reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other relevant authorities as required by law

5. Cooperation with Authorities

Linkble cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities in investigations related to child safety. We comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the reporting of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to regional and national authorities.

6. Data Handling for Minors

We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 16 years of age. If we become aware that a user under 16 has created an account, we will take immediate steps to delete the account and all associated data.
